In the recent past during last quarter of the year 2011, ONGCHA - Assam Chapter successfully completed a Car Rally cum Trekking Expedition and White Water Rafting at Bhalukpung / Jia Bhoroli River at the Nameri National Park. This adventurous revival of Assam Chapter has been come to be successful after a gap of 5 years. This spot was chosen for Trekking Expedition and River Rafting for the fulfillment of the minimum three binding objectives of ONGCHA, i.e. Car Rally, Trekking and White Water Rafting
that highlighted in the HQ circular.
The Car Rally was started from ONGC, Assam Asset premises, Nazira to Nameri Natioal Park with the positive support from ONGC, Assam Asset management to fulfill the motto of ONGCHA activities.
The 28 daring ONGCHA team members perfectly concluded a total of 8 km of Trekking and a total of creditable 18 km of White Water Rafting in River Jia Bhoroli in Nameri National Park.
